Another weight loss celebrator! This hot hot hot body is now 20 lbs lighter than a year ago. And what better way to celebrate weight loss than photo documentation? Not only did she tell me she simply changed her portion size, she hit the gym hard. Her advice to all of you, which I’m hoping she’ll second, was NOT to go too hard on the weights for at least a couple of days before your shoot.

    Working with Koren was a great experience. Not only does she give you excellent direction, her photographs compliment your specific body type. She knows how to accentuate curves and any other beautiful traits.

    My advice is defintely to 1) avoid weight training for three days before the shoot 2) consider stretching before you arrive for your shoot, as the poses will be easier and 3) limit salt intake a few days before your shoot (to avoid water retention a.k.a bloating!)
