Maternity portraits of couples

I see a lot of pregnant women at about 36 weeks. Every once in a while, a few sneak in just under the wire, coming in literally days before their due date. If the woman is young and spry, this is never a problem. She may tire before the full session is over, but the pictures are beautiful. Framing ideas for photographs

I tend to stick to a simple, black wood frame with a lot of white mat, but from time to time it’s fun to try something different. Here is a traditional, heavy wood frame surrounding a canvas mount. Normally I prefer at least 60% of the picture width to surround the image, but since this image and frame have a heavy feel, I didn’t want as much. Please let me know what you think, good or bad!
