Beautiful location, beautiful food, beautiful patio. This is a place I’ll be rushing back to to try everything on the menu. If you get this bran muffin, you’ll probably want to eat it with a spoon or a fork. It crumbles and falls apart. Actually, there’s very little bran in it; I’d skip it.

It’s Ink in Aspen for my first coffee

A kind lady I stopped on the street told me to stay away from Starbucks and go instead to Ink Cafe. So Charlie and I did… It’s hard to impress a dyed in the wool New Yorker with high prices, but the same size large coffee I get in New York is cheaper than it is here… Well, here’s to Ink. It’s a good place with a great patio and even better eavesdropping. But in this part of town, the people aren’t exactly keeping their voices...
